Custom machining
We manage the plastic material transformation process through our cutting, milling, and turning departments. We supply semi-finished products in sheets, rods, and tubes in all major thermoplastic materials, from the most common (POM, PA6, PTFE, PE, PET) to high-performance materials (PEEK, PEI, PVDF, VESPEL, and TORLON).
Design and technical material consulting
The Engineering division supports our in-house designers in selecting the most suitable plastic materials for specific application requirements, ensuring optimal solutions in terms of performance, resistance, and reliability.
Technology and precision
All our processes are carried out not through molding, but through mechanical machining using machine tools. Our workshop is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery capable of machining any plastic mechanical component requiring a high degree of precision.
